1. Portfolio Creative Concepts
Portfolio projects displayed across Vyrafy digital properties designated as “Selected Creative Concepts” represent speculative design direction, sample advertising assets, and demonstration case studies created to illustrate studio capabilities. They do not constitute endorsements by trademark owners.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom graphics, logo marks, codebases, motion templates, and typography generated directly by Vyrafy remain protected intellectual property until formally assigned in executed client sprint contracts.
3. Service Agreements
All formal marketing retainers, ad management sprints, and production scopes are governed by independent master service agreements executed prior to campaign kickoff.
